Welcome to Mountain View Farm’s range of boutique accommodation options at Tilba Tilba, NSW. Whether you are looking for a special couples getaway, a family holiday, a fuss free camping experience, a beautiful accessible space or a perfect escape of any sort, we like to think we have you covered!
Set within our beautiful gardens with mountain views from every direction, each has it’s own unique charm and private space. All accommodations are pet friendly and your fur babies are welcome indoors - although please note our glamping options are not fenced.
In the centre of Mountain View Farm is the Old Dairy which has been lovingly converted into a rustic gathering space, perfect for relaxing and taking in the view or spending some time with family and friends.
We are told our accessible studio apartment is one of a kind in the region and it can be booked with an adjacent companion cottage, the Palm cottage, linked by a sealed walkway.
We welcome mountain bikers too and your toys are welcome to be locked inside for security.
And if you are looking for group accommodation, there is the option to book the entire property! Why cram into a house, when you can spread out yet come together and breathe in the fresh air and ambience beneath Gulaga mountain? We are close to Tilba Tilba, Central Tilba, Narooma and Bermagui.

The Palm Cottage
With a deck that overlooks the landscape to the mountains and every window with a stunning view, The Palm Cottage is light and airy and super comfortable. There is a queen size bed in one bedroom, and a single bed and bunk bed in the second bedroom. The separate kitchen and living space includes full kitchen facilities, lounge and dining with smart TV, DVDs and access to the north facing deck with a private and fully fenced yard encouraging your pet friendly holidays! Enjoy a BBQ, the views, a cosy glass of wine by the firepit or a book.
If mountain biking is your thing and safety of your gear a priority there is room for washing outside and store your bikes inside.
If you are travelling with horses the cattle yards are adjacent to The Palm Cottage and there is ample room for a float.
The Dolphin Cottage
This private and self contained cottage includes a bedroom with ensuite and combined kitchen and living space. The deck overlooks a fenced private yard with views across the creek and rolling green hills to Gulaga mountain. Best of all is the freestanding outdoor bath next to the fire pit, open to the sky and rolling hills, yet utterly private.
The Dolphin Cottage is very special and a perfect digital detox getaway. Its enviable location means that there is no TV or wi-fi and limited reception but there are amazing views, great books, movies and unlimited peace and quiet.
It includes a full kitchen (stove, oven, microwave, fridge) and laundry facilities, bathroom and separate toilet and a bonus fold out in the lounge area. The Dolphin Cottage with its own contained yard, is of course welcome for pets.
If mountain biking is your thing, there is room to wash your gear outside and store your bikes inside.
The Accessible Studio
Graced with high ceilings and French doors that open to beautiful views of Gulaga and a sunny patio, The Accessible Studio is a spacious, light filled, open plan apartment-style room designed to wheelchair accessible standards.
The Studio has the following accessible features:

The bathroom complies to AS1428 standards. Originally the Old Dairy’s Cheddar Cheese making room, today The Studio welcomes couples, small families and guests with special needs. Pets too! The courtyard has a fence to keep your beloveds near to you.
The Palm Cottage is right next door and is great for carers and companioins - connected by a sealed walkway.
The Tent House - Gulaga
Festival chic…without the mud. Our tepee safari style glamping tents have all the basics for a cosy stay in a private setting.
With a comfortable queen size bed and gorgeous surrounds with direct views to both Gulaga and Najanuga mountains. In the garden you can enjoy your own firepit or you can find wifi, BBQ, fridge and other cooking and seating facilities in the unique Old Dairy common area.
The tents are not just for couples, families love the luxe sleepover vibe and chance to unplug!
A stay at The Tent House - Gulaga includes linen and towels, a personal fire pit, an esky, a picnic basket, a small gas cooker.

The Love Shack
The Summer of Love is in perpetual bloom in our hand-painted vintage caravan. Equipped with a private balcony this retro retreat sleeps two and looks over a hand palanted flowere field that alternates between paper daisies and sunflowers.
The Love Shack features a comfy queen bed, fold down sofa, solar powered lighting, a fridge and convenient charge stations. There’s a sink with cold running water, a small gas cooker, BBQ, a fire pit and access, via a short walk, to the Old Dairy amenities area - including shower and toilet, seating and further small electrical items.
